Your email address

CCWEBS will only record email addresses in the event that you send a message by email, purchase one of our products or if you register requesting notifications. Registration for notifications may be made initially by email, postal mail or facsimile. Your email address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists without your consent by way of a specific request in writing. CCWEBS will not use or disclose your email address for any other purpose except to keep you informed of service notifications, without your prior written consent. We reserve the right to email our customers concerning our service, offers and information we feel is important for the benefit of our customers regarding our ISP and Web Page services. We do provide for our customers to remove themselves from our email list at their own discretion. CCWEBS does not collect email addresses from the use of any of our utilities on our website, i.e. Postcard Makers, Stories, Web Email etc.

Your Credit Card and Financial Information

CCWEBS provides a secure encrypted gateway for your credit card and financial information to be transmitted using the Internet. We use Authorize.Net™ for our secure gateway and financial transactions. Authorize.Net™ is a national leader in high-end secure encrypted gateways and leads the industry in Internet secure transactions. We use secure 128-bit (or higher) Web Server encryption technology for the collection of Credit Card and other financial and personal information.

Storage of Credit Card and Financial Information

CCWEBS does NOT store your Credit Card or Financial information on our web servers. For our customers protection all finical information is transferred via secure gateways to be stored on our off line systems until the information is needed for transactions.

DataStream and cookies

When visiting this website CCWEBS’s server makes a record of the visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:

  • the user’s IP address - this allows us to consider the visitors who
    use the site most, and tailor the site to their interests;
  • the user’s operating system (for example Windows, Mac etc.)
    - this allows us to tailor browser or platform specific parts of the
    site to each operating system because browsers act differently
    on each platform;
