  1. If I cancel my account before the end of my prepaid period, can I get a refund?

    Yes, we cancel accounts on the last day of the month. If you cancel your account, it will be deleted on the last day of the current month, and you will be refunded any amount paid for your account beyond that time. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

  2. What special software do I need to connect?

    ccwebs.com does not require you to install any special software or internet browser. You can use any browser or mail client you like. Almost all Windows 98 and above operating systems come equipped to work on the internet.

  3. How can I check the number of hours that I have been online so far this month?

    We have a Time checker available off the members page area that you can use. The time checker will show your hours on-line averaged by a thirty day month.

  4. When I dial in, I am assigned a different IP address each time. Can I get a static IP address?

    Yes, we offer static IP numbers. They take approximately two days to propagate through the web. There is an additional monthly fee and a one time set-up charge. Please contact TechHelp for more information.

  5. Can I cancel my service without penalty?

    If you are in a pre-paid term plan or in a plan that commits you to a certain monthly rate for a certain number of months, you may incur an early termination fee should you decide to cancel before your plan ends. Please review the terms of your agreement or contact Accounting .

  6. Do you limit, review, decide what the sites I can visit?

    No, we deliver the raw internet to you. You can access any Web page on the World Wide Web you choose. However, if you want to restrict access to adult content, we offer filtered access for an additional charge per month. Also, there are many software programs that you can purchase that will setup parental controls on your computer.

  7. Can I use your ccwebs.com internet service with a cell phone?

    Yes. If you can setup your cell phone as a modem to your laptop or PDA, then you can use it to dialup to one of our access numbers. You may want to lookup an access number in the area you will be traveling in before you leave.

  8. Do you provide free technical support?

    Yes, we provide free technical support only for internet connections and email protocols as related to our service.

    We also provide fee based support for other related but, not an issue with our service support. Such as viruses, adware, spyware or operating systems support.

  9. What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay by credit card, check/money order.

    Our service is a prepaid service, you must pay this month for next month (before the 1st of the month.) You may pay monthly, quarterly, half year or for a years service.

  10. Do you add display advertisements or pop-ups?

    No. We deliver the internet signal raw (clean, nothing added or piggy backed). This provides the user with a fast signal.
