Use this form if you would like to sign-up for payments by mail or you would like to arrange payments over the phone.

$12.00	A month, payment by Credit Card or Direct checking account Debit, no contract and a $15.00 one time set-up fee, includes one Email address.
$25.00	A month, $25.00 set-up fee, business use. Includes five email addresses.*1
$15.00	Vacation Dialup, if your on vacation on Cape Cod and need a short term connection this is it. A one time $15.00 charge for the current calendar month only. We do NOT offer setup support for this option other than what is on our website. Does not include email address. This option is not renewable, good for the current calendar month only.
$20.00	Filtered Access, filters out adult content from the web. Does not allow user to access XXX or "adult" sites. A one time setup fee of $15.00, includes one email address (email is not filtered).

Note: Set-Up Fee's are a one time charge and not refundable. Monthly service fees are not refundable after the 1st of the month. On all Pre-Paid Options there is a $30.00 cancellation fee for early termination of the service on any discounted plan.
