If you do not find

We use compression software on both our server and a small program on your computer (which you download). Our server compresses information before it is sent to you, the program on your computer un-compresses the information, resulting in speeds as high as five times faster than your current speed. All of this happens transparently to you the customer.
The X5 Faster Internet Software (Accelerator) is not available for use on our Filtered Access Service or the Mac platform at this time. It works on all other Microsoft operating systems.
The X5 software accelerates HTML (web pages), Javascript, JPEG, GIFS,
BMP, Text and E-mail. It does not accelerate streaming media, secure web sites, file attachments, digital music and some digital photos. The speed will vary depending on what you are downloading.
