We are running our banner Ads on our pages as well as exchange members pages. This means that your ad will be run on our page(s) as well as other exchange members page(s). An exchange member is some other domain, example www.SomeOtherPage.Com, will have your banner Ads running on their page(s) in exchange for their banner Ad running on our page or someone else's page. This gives each advertiser a wide distribution network on the WWW.

Our banner Ad system is very simple, it has two options:

  1. Exchange members do not have to pay any fees, they are required to run a exchange banner Ad on their site (we supply the HTML code). This code will allow our Banner Ad Exchange System to display banners on their page. Our program checks ten to twenty-five times a month to ensure exchange members keep the code on their web page. Exchange rates are 2:1. 

  2. You may run a Banner Ad as a non-exchange member for $50.00 a year. Banners are rotated in random order for non-exchange members. A non-exchange member can run a non-web Ad if they wish. A non-web ad is an Ad that when clicked does not send the user to a web site. This type of Ad is also referred to as an e-paper Ad.

The General Rules:

  1. We do not run our exchange on adult sites.

  2. We do not allow any adult banners to be run on any site.

  3. We will not run adult content banners.

  4. Adult sites are not permitted to run our banner Ad system on their adult pages/sites.

  5. An exchange member must run our HTML code on at least one of their main Index page(s).

  6. All non-exchange members must send payment before your Ad(s) are run.

  7. We reserve the right to deny any Ad that in our opinion is "Not of proper content".

  8. We reserve the right to deny any Ad.

  9. Ads of poor quality or visually offensive will be denied.

  10. All banner Ads are kept on our servers.

  11. All banner Ads are subject to approval (which may take up to a week).

  12. We may change or update this agreement/information at any time with or without notice.

The Banner:

  1. You must create your own banner (or contract it) and upload it to our site.

  2. A banner must be of  JPG or GIF composition, we recommend GIF format.

  3. A banner will be in size, 468 (wide) x 60 (high) in pixels. No smaller, no larger.

  4. A banner file size can be no larger then 5KB (5,000 bytes).

What to do Next:

  • Decide if you agree or not, if you do then...

  • The I AGREE link will take you to the set-up page.

  • On the set-up page, select the "Create New Account" section.

  • Make up a username and a password then click the "Create New Account" button.

  • Fill out all information, your name, email address and your site URL (http://www.yoursite.com).

  • Then click the "Edit Account" button.

  • You will then be able to upload your banner and change any incorrect information.

  • The program will give you the HTML TAGS (script) to place on your site(s) index page(s).

  • If you choose the Non-Exchange member option, mail your $50.00 fee to the address located on our main page: www.ccwebs.com. When we receive your check we will process your account (leave the URL question blank), you may set-up your account and upload your banner now if you wish.
